Davallia Parvula is a wonderful miniature epiphytic fern that can be commonly seen in terrariums, paludariums and vivariums. Like other Davallia species, Davallia Parvula produces delicate fronds and exhibits a creeping, climbing growth pattern. Like most fern plants, Davallia requires high humidity to thrive, making it an excellent plant choice for tropical environments. While relatively slow-growing, Davallia Parvula rewards patient growers with lush foliage when provided with the right growing conditions. This fern prefers moderate to high intensity lighting, indirect misting and natural vertical growing space like cork bark or driftwood to climb. Unlike some moisture-loving plants, it does best in consistently humid conditions without being directly misted. Davallia Parvula is perfect for tropical enclosures, dart frog tanks, and tropical plant enthusiasts!
