Crypt Pink Flamingo has been highly sought after in the aquarium trade for years now due to it's unique and intensely pink coloration. Much like crypt wendtii, this medium-sized crypt features longer, ruffled leaves which first appear as an intense pink-red color and eventually fade to a more subdued, lighter pink.

It compliments other aquarium plants nicely and makes an excellent focal point in a tank of any size. Though Crypt Pink Flamingo is a rare plant, it is not difficult to grow. Crypt Pink Flamingo will thrive under low lighting and send out runners as it grows which will form new plants, though it does grow rather slowly.
