Echinodorus Macrophyllus, formerly known as Echinodorus Radicans, is a large Amazon Sword species that offers bright green leaves that are slightly pointed at the tip. Due to a sizeable footprint, Echonodorus Macrophyllus will work best in large aquariums that are able to accommomdate its growth. We recommend providing this species with a nutritional substrate to support a healthy root system along with moderate lighting and consistent tank maintenance. CO2 injection is not required for sword plants, but will help improve overall health and growth.
